We are also welcoming our newest Aboriginal Health Worker to our Frankston clinic, Sarah Uba.
Hi all, my name is Sarah Uba, I'm a proud Trawlwoolway woman born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula. I am married and have 5 amazing children.
I'm currently in my 5th year at Monash University studying a bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery, which I love.
I have previously worked for Monash Health, employed as an Aboriginal nursing cadet, studied and worked in aged care and also completed a certificate 111 in pathology. Before I embarked on my nursing and midwifery career, I spent a lot of my working life in pharmacy.
I am very excited to have started my new role as an Aboriginal Health Worker for our Frankston clinic, and looking forward to making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.
