What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes. We are an appointment only clinic. If you have an urgent situation, please call us and we will try to fit you in where possible.
I'm a new patient, what do I need to do?
If you are a new patient, we ask you to come in 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill in the New Patient Form.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
The only thing we need is your Medicare card
I need to cancel my appointment, how should I do it?
Please let us know if you can't make your appointment so that we can provide that space to someone else. You can call us on 9070 8181 or email thomastown@fphw.org.au
Is there any cost to see a GP?
No, we are a 100% bulk billing clinic.
What do I do when I get there?
Please enter our building from the mall and let our reception team know you are here for an appointment.
Will you send me a reminder about my appointment?
When you sign up as a new patient, you can tick 'yes' to agree to receiving SMS reminders about your appointments. If you select yes, we will send you an SMS 24 hours before your appointment

Do you offer transport?
We do not receive funding for transport. We are located a 1 minute walk from Frankston station and have a car park (fees apply) above our building.

Please call 13 SICK (13 7425) for after hours and home visit care

Do you have parking available?
We have a Wilson Parking above our building.
Can I get a bus to the clinic?
Yes, there are buses from all over Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula that stop at Frankston station (1 minute walk).
Can I get the train to the clinic?
Yes, we are a 1 minute walk from Frankston station
How do I enter the building?
Please enter from the Station Street Mall.
